I was talking to my daughter's boss recently about her website. Kathy produces fantastic food for dinner parties, corporate lunches, etc. I had a quick look at her site Corporate Food - Guiildford with respect to her search engine position.

My quick review highlighted the disasterous effects frames can have on her site's ranking potential.
