Testing Windows live writer
This post was created offline using windows live writer. First impressions is that it is easy to use and integrates nicely with Drupal - which is the CMS on this site.
WLV can also be used to update a post. As you can see, it is possible to add pictures into the post as well, and they are automatically uploaded onto the drupal site.
As for the photo? I have just had 2 of the wettest weeks of my life in Ireland. The picture is me in a wetsuit as we battled to stop the house flooding. ;-)

The 3rd part of the internet video tutorial has just been released. This tutorial quickly goes through the steps needed to record audio using the free program - Audacity. If you are new to creating video for the net, then create the audio first, then paste slides over the top using a video editor, like movie maker, or Magix Pro Video Editor.
